I was born on October 1, 1991, to parents Jennifer and Mark Buchanan. Owing to the separation of my parents before I was born, I grew up in a single parent home with my mother and older sister. Growing up without a father posed many difficulties for everyone in the family, ranging from financial to emotional and other factors. As a result I started battling depression from as early as nine years old. The only thing that gave me a sense of peace was my music and God.
